For this role candidates must have a current RN license in good standing. This role will require you to meet with clients in person and virtually. Please only apply if you meet these requirements. We are open to candidates who are looking for per-diem work with opportunity of advancement to part-time as we grow and expand this business.
RN Care Manager will be responsible for:
- Client case management including conducting in-home nursing assessments and development of care plan
- Audit charts for compliance and participate in Quality Improvement activities
- Evaluation, supervision, and development of Caregivers
Qualifications:
- Current NJ RN license in good standing
- Experience in some kind of elder care capacity - Certified Geriatric Care Manager, RN Supervisor, Client Care Manager or Business Development, Sales & Marketing role in the home care, home health or in a senior care facility setting.
- HHA Program Instructor is a BIG PLUS
